The Minnesota Collection Network is pleased to sponsor this event on Campus Based Programs and Student Accounts Receivable. Our Network was formed in 1988 to increase the level of communication between educational institutions. One way of doing this is to provide conferences at minimal cost.

FAQs
What is your refund policy?
Request for refunds will be honored only if notification of cancellation is received in writing on or before October 8, 2027 minus any applicable fees. Cancellation by telephone is not sufficient. Registrants who fail to cancel will not be refunded their registration fee. A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for school attendees and $100.00 for partners/vendors. No refund will be honored after October 8, 2027 regardless of when registration occurred. Substitutions may be made if registrant cannot attend. Please notify MCN of substitutions by e-mail: info@mnnetwork.org .
CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
In the event of cancellation or change in hotel or date, registrants will be notified by email. The Minnesota Collection Network will not be responsible for expenses involved with a cancelled conference. MCN reserves the right to substitute speakers without notice.

Photo Usage Agreement
By registering and attending the annual conference, I hereby grant Minnesota Collection Network permission to use my likeness in photographs, videos, or other digital media for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publications, websites, social media, and promotional materials. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the Minnesota Collection Network and will not be returned. I irrevocably authorize the Minnesota Collection Network to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos without my inspection or approval, and without payment or other consideration. I waive any right to royalties or compensation arising from such use. I also release and hold harmless the Minnesota Collection Network from any claims related to the use of my image. I am at least 18 years old, or if under 18, I have obtained written consent from my parent/guardian.
