The hotel recommends that the vendor attendee's name show in the address as indicated in blue below. It is important that the MN Collection Network Conference be in the address as their Receiving Dept. groups packages according to conferences.
The hotel will not accept displays & supplies arriving prior to October 14th.
Setup will start Sunday, October 16, 2011 at 4:00 PM in the Garden Court. The hotel plans to deliver all packages to the Garden Court by 4:00 PM on the 16th. Please be aware that the hotel will assess a $5.00 charge for this delivery.
If you asked for electricity for your display, it will be available by Monday morning. PLEASE, do not contact the Front Desk. Contact a committee member if you have any questions or concerns.
Please do not begin to remove displays until after the afternoon break on Tuesday afternoon, October 18, 2011. The Committee is asking that you DO NOT remove your display prior to that time out of respect for conference attendees and all participating vendors. If you ask the hotel to take your display to their shipping office, they will assess an additional $5.00 charge.
